This is one of several paintings from my  private collection  by the talented and prolific artist Brian Comforti. I was attracted to its reference to the French artists I admire.   Notice that the style of this recent acquisition of a nude in nature is reminiscent of the "Nabi".  The Nabi are group of French artists who painted in nature in a new more abstract style. lead by Paul Gauguin.
