This recent work of art was created in my atelier (art studio).  I love wearing my French hats in Paris. As I was painting in my studio I was listening to Edith Piaf singing "Padam, Padam".  Listening to Piaf always inspires me!  I was feeling nostalgic for my early years in Paris... I suppose that's why this French Fauvist work of art came out of me in a creative burst of unapologetic color!  As an American in Paris artist, my mind is always in Paris...
