Female Nude by Cézanne

Musée Granet, Aix-En-Provence

This is another Cézanne in the Musée Granet that I enjoyed seeing. I love the expressive pose of the nude.  The nude is very pale in contrast to the vibrant colors of dark ultramarine blue against light and dark greens and blues.  The model is exuberant with a hint of a portrayal of a town in the distance.  I liked the story it tells about nudity and nature...
