Here we return to the studio to see to see how the ancient form of the the Goddess Victoria becomes a new form of art.  The classical sculpture serves as a reference point for my oil on canvas.  I've captured the dynamic energy and force of the subject matter with the most expressive, yet to-the-point, strokes.  I said what I had to say and moved on...  I've expressed the pose of this classical and ancient masterpiece of a Greek Goddess as a launching pad for something completely fresh and new.  This painting is vibrant with color.  However, next I will show you how I've taken the form of this Goddess even further, transforming the female form into a sort of landscape.
