"Ma Fleur Préférée"
Conclusion:

They say that good things come in "small packages".  I couldn't agree more!

One day after a morning of painting in my studio, I took time outside to enjoy having my own intimate solo miniature art exhibit outside with a glass of wine resting on a blanket with my dog as I soaked up the sun next to my fountain.  I had just come out of the studio, so my hand still had paint on them.  If you look closely, you can even see the French ultramarine blue paint from my hands on the stem of my wine glass...  But that paint on my wine glass was part of the joy of being an artist, so I thought to myself: "Life is Beautiful!"  Ironically, I spend so much time as an artist dedicated to inspiring others that sometimes I forget to take time out for myself.

What I really love about creating miniatures is that they are so small and mobile that I can literally enjoy them anywhere, even while relaxing outside with a glass of wine!  Miniature paintings also allows us to enjoy a small work of art wherever I we are.  In fact, when I travel internationally, sometimes I even travel with a miniature or two so that I can display original works of art in my suite for inspiration.  So I hope this small art exhibition dedicated to miniatures has also been a source of inspiration for you to appreciate the beauty of the little things in life!"
