Don't let me forget my mother, who has always wanted to be a teacher and excelled best in her kitchen as a cook.  A mother is a child's greatest teacher.  Her simple Mexican dishes was also an inspiration for this exhibition.  Without realizing it, she did succeed in becoming a great teacher with the example she set for me in creating food with love.  So I also dedicate this exhibit to my mother, who (without realizing it) has been my greatest teacher inspiring me with a love for appreciating "The Art of Cuisine".
