Here, clearly you can see the influence of Toulouse-Lautrec. Lautrec never backed down from nudity in his art.  Yet, in this oil on canvas, I relied heavily on my sense of humor... I've taken the uninhibited whimsical aspect of a sketch and turned into an actual oil painting that still has that authentic sketch quality.  Life is too short to not be able to laugh at life, especially when it comes to art!  Like I always say:  "Laughter is the best medicine for the soul!"   I love that I allow myself to just have fun as an artist and not take life so seriously.  This is one of those paintings that allows the viewer to actually just have fun laughing at my imagination and my sense of humor....
