Firenze: 
A Living Museum

​Every step on the streets of Firenze is literally an education in history, art and culture. There are literally the most beautiful statues and fountains everywhere you look.  When not working in the academy, I love to stop in the piazza's and museums to make quick sketches in my notebooks of the classical statues through out the city.  Having a city with so many anatomical statues to copy helped me with the challenges of working with a "Live Model."
