They say that art imitates life.  That's why the previous scene is now a work of art on the walls of the American in Paris gallery.  Notice that "The Can Can Dancer" is a painting within a painting.  This French Expressionist painting also shows one of my favorite coffee mugs from gift shop's Art for Coffee mug collection.  I love that this work of art whimsically captures my child-like joy for life!

 

Now it is time to bid farewell to the European continent and return to America. Before we return to America, however, we will pay a quick tribute to France.  You will see how my time in Paris was my inspiration for the creation of this unique artist's home museum and sanctuary for art and inspiration.
