The Art of Sushi

Sushi is all about respecting the rules of culinary art. Again here I've created a sushi dish adding lots of vibrant colors following the rule of being "visually appealing" to the sense of sight. My dish includes rice, Atlantic salmon from Maine, and the green of my avocado slices topped with sriracha sauce.  I also contrasted the light and dark green of cucumber spears, the yellow of lemon slices, and the green and red of radishes and their leaves as garnish on my sushi board, served on the red velvet of my table.
