Every artist has to master the tools of their craft.  I LOVE Japanese cuisine so much that I've even invested in a set of Japanese Sushi knives, and bamboo mats, and even bento boxes for my culinary art made at home.  I even bought myself a Japanese chef uniform (but that is just for me and my family to see and enjoy). During this pandemic, I wanted the full experience of training like a sushi master and learning to create this cuisine that I enjoy and respect so much.
