Art is constantly creating variations on a theme.  I love making this dish for my family, but because I make it so often, I sometimes like to change it up.  As you can see, the bisque sauce underneath this time is understated with a pile of shrimp on each plate allowed to tempt the visual senses for those of us who are avid seafood lovers.
