As we have discussed earlier, during this pandemic, there has a global craze of baking artisan breads at home in our own kitchens.  Fortunately the homemade artisan baking bread craze has finally arrived to my own kitchen!!!  Now I can't even go a few days without having a homemade artisan bread. Having spent my early years living in Spain, I found artisan breads a part of everyday life in Europe.  There are so many ways to enjoy artisan bread, with butter, a cup of coffee, with cold cuts or as a sandwich.  Following is a few examples of how I enjoy an authentic loaf of artisan bread.
