There's nothing like enjoying a glass of cold beer outdoors with crackers and cheese.  My favorite beer type is an IPA -- India Pale Ale.  Here the blond, dark, and other craft lagers and ales are served as a "flight", which is a travel through different beer varieties, along with water crackers and an imported gouda cheese.
