How many of you have grown up with your mother saying "Don't play with your food!"  Well, I'm doing just the opposite, and I'm having the time of my life!!!  I love finding countless ways to create art on my plate.  As you can see, I sliced my cucumber in such as way that it resembled a flower.  Honestly eating a cucumber flower is a lot more fun than just eating sliced cucumbers...  So I have to hand it to Japanese art and culture.  They have inspired not only my dining experience but also have improved the quality of my life!
