Here we see the Queso Fresco presented with bread and cold cuts as a farmer's feast.   Both Americans and Italians love cheese with bread with Italian cold cuts. So we will visit bread with cold cut in both the Italian and American categories later in this "Art of Cuisine" online exhibition.
