I love the idea of creating food as art.  It's just AMAZING to me that such great delicacies can be created with just learning how to create professional sushi by adding something as simple as fresh salmon, sliced carrots, and cucumbers on a bed of Japanese wood that creates an exciting experience at home.  After experimenting, I'm constantly creating unique designs.  This one, for example, is quick and easy to create.  So it is now one of my personal favorites to create for myself and others.
