To represent a French pastry that we might enjoy at the café, I'm choosing the classic French apple tart.  Coming straight out of my kitchen is an example of this classic French pastry, done rustic style here, that is loved by so many, not only in Paris but throughout France and around the world!

 

The arts is part of daily Parisian  life.  This scene also shows one of my miniature works of art alongside a cup of French pressed coffee, in my home.  One of my favorite rituals at home now is enjoying a cup of coffee with a work of art.
