Americans love hotdogs!  There's nothing better to enjoy at a summer barbeque than a classic hotdog.  Before we move from German cuisine, I thought I'd just elevate the hotdog from the tradition of German Americans.  So here is an example of a German sausage with sauerkraut with a glass of "Bitburger" one of my favorite German beers...
