Being Latin, I enjoy homestyle cooking, especially pasta and artisan bread served with wine.  So I will be showing my own favorite homestyle dishes that have been coming out of my kitchen, inspired by Italy, this culturally rich country of Europe with such a historical and culinary tradition going back to ancient Rome.
