Lobster Bisque

One of the rules of cuisine is to show one of the main ingredients in the presentation of the meal.  I've seen this done by chefs from around the globe.  So when I made this bowl of lobster bisque, I decided to show the lobster tail sticking out of the plate.  I sometimes also like my lobster bisque with a little bit of spice.  So for fun I tried to sign my name with the drops of hot sauce.  The drops did not come out as well as I would have liked, but the meal was fantastic nonetheless -- the lobster was the star of the show!
