In Tuscany, time seems to stop while enjoying the environment.  When cooking pasta at home here in New England, I now love turning off the television, disconnecting from all the "noise", and cooking while listening to Italian opera.

 

Italian opera always make my meals taste better!  I can never have enough "cinghiale".  As you can see, this is another example of a homemade "wild boar" dish with imported Italian pasta also inspired by my time in the Tuscan village of San Gimignano.
