Paris is not only the capital of France, it is also the heart of French art, culture, and cuisine.  Like the cuisines from around the corners of the globe that we have already visited, France has many regions, each with its own unique wines and unique dishes, be they from the land or sea.  That said, it is time to complete our time on the European continent, so we will just focus on a few dishes inspired by France.
