More & More Pasta...

Italians are proud of their art and culture and generous to share.  So it's no wonder that Italian cuisine is not only bold, it is also very generous.  The colors of red, white, and green can be seen everywhere in Italy.  So I included the Italian colors in the ingredients in this classic Italian pasta dish -- linguine pasta, fresh Roma tomatoes marinated with garlic and olive oil, and baby spinach greens, topped with Pecorino Romano cheese.  This classic, abundant Italian pasta coming out of my kitchen represents the spirit of Rome and the Italian people.
