Sometimes when I'm playing with my food, something totally organically happens.  It's exactly what happens when I'm creating art from my imagination in my art studio.  I like to come up with a different design every time I'm creating sushi.  So I just sliced my cucumbers into spears.  For some reason they reminded me of penguins.  "March of the Penguins" is of my favorite films, so this is my homage to the film about the adventurous migration of penguins in nature.
