Mexican salsa is a culinary side sauce that you will usually find on a Mexican table.  It will always add a little spice and heat to your meal.  Made with tomatoes, onion, chilis, and cilantro, the level of spiciness and the chosen ingredients can be tailored to your own taste. In terms of culinary art, for my composition I placed the cut tip of the red chili with its green stem at the center of the dish to best represent the colors of my mother's Mexican culture here on my own dining room table.
