New England Clam Chowder!
New Englanders call it "Chowdah"!
After spending all this time on the clam flats, it was time to get home and get cooking... Nothing is more traditional in New England than using fresh clams to make a classic New England clam chowder. After the bacon, potatoes, onions, celery, and garlic were cooked in the clam broth, I then just added some sherry, white wine, and more butter along with a sprig of time as my herb.
