Venice
What makes Venice so "magical" is that the city does not allow cars. To enter Venice visitors have to leave their cars in a garage and the problems they bring outside the city. One of my favorite lines from "Cabaret" is the phrase "Leave Your Troubles outside. In here life is BEAUTIFUL!" Likewise here inside the city of Venice, Life is absolutely beautiful! Venice transports you to a different time in history filled with mystic, magic, and wonder! I don't know why, but constantly traveling only on small boats puts you into a completely different mindset that existed only in the ancient past. Venice has a timeless beauty unlike anywhere else I've ever experienced in all of my travels. The city has a time that is ancient and much, much too beautiful for me to describe in words.... So I hope this photo above helps with that. That said, this ancient city still manages to be one of the capitals not only in seafood, but Venice also has one of the most thriving art scenes in all of Europe.
