While I continued to use my bold black lines, the pattern and design of this work was actually done in the Japanese Cloisonné style that swept through the art circles in Paris and France, such as typically seen in the Japanese influenced posters of Toulouse-Lautrec and the oil painting works of French artists such as Bonnard, Vuillard, and Denis. The Japanese Cloisonné also greatly influenced Art Nouveau. This work depicts a young Princess Diana, because she will be forever young in my heart.
