Having been inspired by the fearless joy and boldness of children in my community art programs, I am indebted to them for inspiring me to have the courage to return to my original BOLD style of art that first lead to many acclaims, criticisms, challenges, and also blessings from friends and foes alike. Children have been my greatest teachers. They have taught me that we all have our way of expressing ourselves that is uniquely ours.
