In terms of American cuisine, there's nothing that goes goes better with garden salads, soups, and cold cuts like a homemade loaf of  artisan bread.  Gone are the days that artisan bread was limited to Europe.  Fortunately artisan bread can be now be found in American bakeries everywhere.  And with the pandemic there has been a craze around the globe in creating them at home, such as this recent artisan bread that came out of my own oven.
