Everything always comes back to bread!  There's probably a good reason why the lord's prayer mentions "Give us this day, our daily bread..".   So any time I get the blues, there's nothing like baking a freshly made loaf of artisan bread like this to make me appreciate that heaven really is here on earth.  When it comes to my homemade artisan bread, all I can say is "Amen to that"!
