Back in New England, this meal I prepared keeps with the motto of "Go BIG or go home!".  Barbeque ribs is one of my favorite beef dishes that I love enjoying at home outdoors.  The ribs are started with a slow and low heat in my oven along with herbs until they are tender.  Then the ribs are off to the the outdoor grill where they are lavishly coated with barbeque sauce.  In terms of my culinary arts presentation, my dish is served with brussel sprouts and fresh parsley.  Not shown in this photo presentation are the cold American craft beers that make a great partner outdoors on a hot summer day.
