While Queso fresco is traditionally served with rice and beans, half of my family is Italian.  I love having it with Tuscan artisan bread, so I baked this traditional Tuscan artisan loaf to go with my queso fresco.  When it comes to romance, nothing goes together like a homemade Tuscan bread and farmer's cheese!
