Given that I'm an American in Paris artist, here I've modified a traditonal Mexican Queso fresco, this time adding garlic, butter, and herbs de Provence to make a homemade farmer's cheese that is more in the style of a French "Boursin"  with fresh herbs from my herb garden.   Yum!
