The Art of Clamming!
One of my favorite pastimes here in New England is going clamming. There's nothing like eating clams that I dug out of the New England tidal beds myself. You can't get any fresher that that! Here you can see that, on this day, I prepared a dish of steamed clams with a white white, butter, and garlic sauce, served over buttered pasta with a bottle of white wine.
