Soft Shell Clams!
New England has so many different types of clams, so the clam dishes are endless.... Above we see others who enjoy spending the day clamming just as much as I do! On this day I created a plate of soft shell clams over a bed of linguine in a classic clam and basil sauce created with white wine, basil, garlic, and butter. Yum!
