Whether it be in the form of a Mexican tortilla, or a an artisan bread in Italy, Spain or America, bread is extremely important to the art of cuisine.  After baking a loaf of artisan, bread, I love the view on the table.  Here is a close up view of how you will find the artisan bread being served to family and friends.
