A New England Crab
A Favorite of New England
New England fishermen bring in daily catches to the local fish markets. I love that my seafood is alive when I buy it. But you also have to be careful when handling crabs, because they can really give you a good cut with their claws if you're ever pinched. Ouch! So I make sure not to get my fingers pinched when I'm washing and preparing them. In terms of culinary art, in my next photo I give an example of how I like to prepare and present them.
