Simplicity is one of the hardest things to do when creating art.  That's what I like most about this crackers and cheese composition.  I love having crackers and cheese with vegetables from local farmers, or whatever fresh ingredients I have in my kitchen.  Matza crackers are always available.  On this day, for example, I also had some habanero peppers, a shallot, a Fresno pepper, and sharp cheddar cheese from a farm in Vermont.
