Every day in Italy was literally a feast.  If you noticed, I gained so much weight that I started looking like Luciano Pavarotti.  But I sure as hell don't regret anything!  The memories are something that no one can ever take away from me.  I will have them for the rest of my life...  In any case, as you can see fresh seafood is literally EVERYWHERE on the coast, and I have no defense against fresh seafood.  This is a typical meal you would have on the Italian coast such as the sea towns along the Amalfi coast.  Here my seafood was marinated in extra virgin olive oil and lots of garlic and served with giant Italian olives and some wine that traveled with me from Tuscany.

 

Now it is time on this journey to leave Italy and make a quick stop in Spain, which has another of my favorite cuisines.
