Like fine art, the art of cuisine is as much about appreciation and gratitude for the beauty in our lives.  Here, for example, the beauty of simple chives from my garden are what make the steak stand out as the main dish.  Many times the beauty that shows up in our lives is seldom truly appreciated.  So as we conclude this exhibition, I want to acknowledge the unsung heroes behind the scenes who bring out the best in my own life: My Family.
