Tuscan Time seems to stop all the clocks.  Tuscan time is when all activity on the streets stops, much like the Italian version of a Spanish Siesta when public activity stops so that you can focus on what's really important in life, such as enjoying life and a good meal with loved ones.  Tuscan cuisine is very hearty and wholesome.
