New England Lobster

The Good Life!

And, of course, we can't talk about American cuisine, especially from New England, without at least paying homage to New England lobster.  So rather than showing the typical lobster photo of lobsters in our hands, instead I'm choosing this photo of my plate after dining in a simple down-to-earth New England restaurant.  I think it's the best way to show just how delicious it was!
