Paella Marinera
A National Dish of Spain
Seafood Paella
Paella is a national dish of Spain, and for good reason, especially "Paella Mainera", a seafood version of this Spanish rice dish usually made with either seafood or chicken. There are also many seafood versions of the seafood paella (depending on the local seafood catch of the day, and the region). My personal favorite Paella Marinera has prawns, mussels, and squid. This dish takes a long time and a lot of love to make, but it is always worth the wait!
