I like my bread warm, so the hardest for me is to wait to let my bread rest after it comes out of the oven. Here you can see my loaf of Tuscan Artisan bread being being exhibited next to "La Donna Toscana" a recent oil painting inspired by my time in Tuscany. It's interesting because I continue to create paintings in my French Expressionist style but with the theme giving a nod to my time in Tuscany.
