What I love most about Japanese cuisine is that it has inspired me in The Art of Plating!  As you can see, I love creating visually delicious delicacies that excite me as an artist.  Creating sushi turns my casual day of home dining into "an experience"!  This type of experience is also a metaphor for how to experience the quality of life.
