Traditional Farmer's Cheese

No Mexican meal is complete without a side of farmer's cheese.  This traditional Mexican cheese one of my favorite cheeses to make.  Farmer's cheese is especially popular in European countries, especially in countries in the south, such as Spain and Italy.
