The Culinary Art of Italy

Arriving on the European continent, we will begin with Roman Cuisine.  For  inspiration, I will share some of the dishes from my favorite restaurants in Rome located in heart of the great and ancient city as well as Italian-inspired dishes from my own kitchen.

Then we will also travel to other regions of Italy to enjoy examples of "culinary art" from Tuscany, Venice, the Amalfi Coast, and the Cinque Terre.
