Americans love salads!  American cuisine usually has a salad, so I will use this as our segue to some other examples artful salads made here in my home in New England. When it comes to a good salad, everyone knows that there's nothing like the flavor of fresh garden vegetables.  Here you can see vegetables from my garden going straight to the table and a salad being made with a lettuce and tomatoes.  There's few things in this world that beat the flavor of a fresh cherry tomato from my garden!
